I got my frame today (cheers Phil) so my bitsa on the cheap Z project starts from here I spose. I got a nice new shiny green bottle of argon mix as well in readiness for bracing. I am not planning a shiny showpiece but a well handling, quick all year round bike from whatever parts that fit and function the best, I have a set of crank cases on the way (Cheers Ian) and I plan to finance most of it from the sale of a big pile of 750 H**** bits I have (see they are good for something).
I have loads of Z bits so won't need that much. I will do some pictures when I get my laptop back (with a new hard drive) poxy things are more trouble than bikes.
The plan is to get it done in 18 months coz my life changes then and it would have to go on hold.... We will see !
I am all exited as i haven't built a bike for about 10 yrs, first stop Motaliner to get frame checked.
Will keep you posted.

Thank you... I have spent most of the afternoon melting wire around the frame (I wont call it welding cos it would make a welder cry) will post more pics soon.
