This is a bike I picked up 2 and a half years ago but have been too busy to do anything with. It still looks the same (maybe slightly cleaner). It is a 1973 bike although I have been told it is a later motor. Probably american import.
Cheers
Scott

Good luck with the re-build Scott. Look forward to seeing the progress.
I am always amazed that some people aren't fazed by the enormous task in front of them.

Hi Scott, good luck with that one mate, gonna be a wallet buster depending on what route you take, Standard or modded. Modded will be cheaper and as the frame and motor are from different years I would go the non standard/modded route. Just remember they can all be brought back, just takes time, effort and cash.

Hi Scott,
That bike look's great, plenty to get your teeth into
I agree with Zed1015, plenty of tuning goodies on there, hopefully there will be more inside. I would be interested to know what coils & ignition you've inherited (Dyna if your lucky). But it's obvious, that, that bike was certainly
'loved' once & I look forward to seeing it
'loved' again.
Good luck, you will find all the advice you need (and a bit more) on here

These old zeds just need a bit of TLC most can be sorted and back on the road no problem. The amount you spend depends on the size of your wallet.
Good luck and keep the pictures coming.
