This is a bike I picked up 2 and a half years ago but have been too busy to do anything with. It still looks the same (maybe slightly cleaner). It is a 1973 bike although I have been told it is a later motor. Probably american import.

At least its complete bar the clocks maybe get away with lots of elbow grease and not too much expense . Mmm! oil cooler , taylor leads ,pressure gauge ?. Could have a nice surprise inside when you open it up. Good luck.

Hi Scott, good luck with that one mate, gonna be a wallet buster depending on what route you take, Standard or modded. Modded will be cheaper and as the frame and motor are from different years I would go the non standard/modded route. Just remember they can all be brought back, just takes time, effort and cash.

I agree with Zed1015, plenty of tuning goodies on there, hopefully there will be more inside. I would be interested to know what coils & ignition you've inherited (Dyna if your lucky). But it's obvious, that, that bike was certainly 'loved' once & I look forward to seeing it 'loved' again.

These old zeds just need a bit of TLC most can be sorted and back on the road no problem. The amount you spend depends on the size of your wallet.
