Hi Guys,
Nice to meet you all.......

Is there a frame brace kit available for my Z1000A2?

I spoke to Z-power who put me in contact with a local guy(to them) who will do the job for me, but he's about 200 miles away from me and to courier the frame up there and back will cost a fortune.
Does anyone have any ideas?....... or know of someone local to London?

Many thanks.

Hi sorry i didn't get back to you the other day been busy. I bought my kit from the people that do z powers frames. And to be honest i am very very disapointed with it  The jap kits have 13 braces and my kit had 3 bits of tube and 4 bit of flat steel costing £100   I am Prob not going to use it now. Think i will make my own. hope this helps. Brian

You might find this usefull

Sanctuary sight is in japanese so it could be a challenge  , but these kits seem pretty comprehensive.

Search for frame barcing on the forum, as I posted the kosman kit details which gives the dimensions for each tube. (and I am fitting mine to an a1)

With Brians expertise though, perhaps you should chat him up to make you a kit whilst he makes his own. :?:

My kosman Kit came from z-enterprises but I think Brian found them to be no longer available.

Hey guys,
Thanks for the replies.

KwackerZ1 - great site that Klosman - is that the one with the 3D CAD graphic showing all the components? Have downloaded the info, cheers.

SteveR - brill site too - thanks :)

Brian - sorry to hear you shelled out a needless 100 smackers - bummer
If you do ever fabricate a replacement set, then I'd happily place an order for another set - (will pay gladly)....it may help pay for yours?? (Sorry, don't mean this to sound pushy/presumptuous - just I'll never be able to do it properly myself). Loving your bike btw :D

Thanks again guys.
