Liam i can help with two of the photos.

The 'O' ring is correct if you are looking at the tapered side as i believe you are.

Other photo shows a busy garage and i may be able to help by finding a home for the baby trumpet just to free up some space for you.

The oil seal is correct and the ratchet is correct, if you had the kickstart shaft dismantled make sure that the marks on the shaft and the ratchet are aligned. Also I cant see the washer tabs on the photo but make sure they are there and bent into place it should be renewed ideally and use some thread lock on the bolts.

Good Morning Lad's
Thanks very much for the advice.
On the Triumph - very Sorry no money will make me part with her - well nearly no money :D
Can i put the bottom end back togother leaving out the return spring and spacer in the kick start shaft - Kick start shaft was not dismantled so that should be O.K and the bolts will get some therad lock also
Oil seal advice is understood and thanks
What sealer would be put with the gasket when putting the two casing ends together

Yes you can leave the return spring and collar out, these two parts are fitted when the cases are mated. I always use kawabond to seal the crankcase halves, available from zed-power in Black & silver (Silver for yours)
