The old girl has finally made it into the shed.
Named after the first Harris I saw back in the early 80's
Don't have the details of how its going to look yet, see how it goes with what bits comes along.

Mines cleared customs as I've just got a bill for $600, reckon it will be ready to collect soon which is good dues to being off at the moment!

i 1st seen harry the bastard harris at the isle of man in 1985 it was in a harris display at ramsey got a photo as no one back home would believe that it had that down the seat unit haha

Jules - spoke to Rich and we think it was at a south west custom and classic show at Chard in somerset probably 1985, and yes Jumbo a Devon bike no mistaking!

1985 sounds about right and would explain the mud on the back tyre
I had a Mk1 RS2000 and an RD400 that year, following a minor incident with a sandstone wall in the RS I spent the whole "summer" on the RD. I think it pissed down most of the time

Sorry about photo quality, taken with my phone.
Carved off the old crap from the tubes, was prepared to make and weld on more structure, manage to use hat was there with some bracktry.
Battery/electrics box,
Coil tray,
Forks and front wheel in, used what I had in the end,
ZX10R race unit on the go,
Loads more to do with the swinger and back wheel,

Coils can get rather hot there

Moved mine into airflow, under tank - as advised by Rich.
