Looking good Paul. I can't quite see in the pics, but did you manage to improve on Piggy's 'low tech' steering stops.

Thanks Steve yep made some stops out off ally with rubber covering ,gives good clearance to the tank, pleased in particular with the Koso clocks, seem to work well and do away with mechanical cables!

I always liked it when Piggy had it, but I like it even more now Paul. Definitely one of my favourite Zeds.

Thanks Simon.Let my painter have a bit of a free reign wasnt too sure bout the chequers at first but are growing on me paint does look good in light, just waiting for the seat to come back this week from P&k seats, debating whether to have it set up at a local rolling rd ,though it does seem to be running pretty good...

I like the paintwork, the chequers make it a bit different to the norm and I like that as you know!

What are you doing with the seat, or is it a secret?

Seat is an original Guilari that i have modded to suit bike, tank is further back on this bike, have relocated fixings and had it powder coated,Phil at P&K seats is getting the front seam modded to suit, will see how it looks when comes back.

Interesting Paul.....

I have a spare paint set for mine which other than one side panel is very nice. Trouble is (for me) it's in the original 'Diamond Wine Red' which in my eyes looks bland, flat and lifeless.

Been thinking about having it re-painted, Still in a similar Kwak Red with standard stripping etc, but just in a MUCH more Pearlescent/Candy type red perhaps even done with a slight metalflake to pick up the sun etc.

Anyway, hopefully see you (and your thou) at the Raven...
