Thought I would post the progress of the tart up of me A4.
When I got it home I noticed the swingarm was a bit scruffy so I took it off. I found the last owner had cut the bracing about I guess because of the chain and had also sprayed it satin black but only down each side, it was chrome underneath ( well rusty chrome  ). So I got the nitromors out and took all the paint off. After I saw how scruffy it was I tried to get a better one, asked in wanted ads but for a J.M.C braced one but had no luck. :(

Next I had the bearings removed and took it to a local engineering shop to have the rest of the bracing removed and tidied up. Then had it dipped to rid it of chrome. Next step was to have it powder coated black.

On a roll now so next were the shocks & side panels. Went to Stafford and got some new "Hagon "shock and some A4 side panels ( not the real thing ). The old ones are on the For Sale bit.( the shocks have sold but the side panels are still there.
