A few more dents in the tank, king and Queen seat brush paint matt black, motad Neta exhaust?

Truthfully not sure, although it will not be a bike that the only mileage it does is in a van or trailer.
I think it will get the tank and panels painted a4 green ,any one know the paint code.

Well the new bike survived the journey home :D

In at the deep end though....... I took Gavin as pillion to collect the bike from the West side of Manchester. We went A616 - A628 and had a pleasant enough journey, but noticed a lot of traffic building up on the M57 to get back onto the A628 Woodhead road....... so we decided to come back on the M62 :shock:
Which wasn't a lot better, with heavy congestion around Leeds - so we turned off at Pontefract and continued home on the back roads.

The new bike ran very well however,and Gavin's well chuffed with it

Before the engine strip down

I decided that I may as well check a few things before I have to strip the motor down ( someone painted it Black with a yard brush ). Anyway I purchased a compression tester ,Last night I did a cold test lowest 105 ish highest 115 ish however the battery was starting to go flat.

Today I have done another test with a charged battery, the bike was upto operating temperature,these are the results

No.1= 140psi
No.2 =138psi
No.3 =140psi
No.4 =142psi

Very consistent over the whole range

Unfortunetly I haven't started the strip down yet, the only reason I am going to do it is the painted engine looks so bad,

It is nice to know that the engine is in fairly good condition Before I start
