Eye's like a mad rat eh ? There was a slight weep from the head on initial fire-up due to the solid copper head gasket just holding the faces of the head & barrels off slightly due to the wired liners. Re-torqued the head, no weaping and no smoke now.

Just need to recheck valve clearences and set the accelerator pump up on the carb.

B-Fluff,
Thats well cool mate. Well impressed/jealous/inspired

I'd just ignore SteveF, as he's a bit of a "run someone down, it makes me fell better" type of guy  He has trouble accepting others with a bit (tonnes!) of skill & attitude
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Nooo way... I'm keeping both fairings mate. I will be posting some pics when it's totally complete, dressed in the long tank/single seat set-up with the twin headlight fairing.
Bodyworks a bit hard to come by these days so i've had all 9 pieces of the bodywork all painted and decaled up the same.
Just keep trawling though and i'm sure something will turn up.

Try these sites for bodywork:

Good luck, Will
