Myself and Rick have taken on a Harris Magnum 2 project with J model engine. Delivered to my garage today by Ted and his faithful trailer.

She was on e bay a couple of weeks back but the winning bidder pulled out and Rick worked his magic and negotiated a hefty discount for cash.

Will drop the engine which has been stripped and take to Martin to put back togeather. She needs cables and electric's sorting plus a few odds and sods but we plan to have her on the road within 4 weeks.

I will post pictures as the project moves along.

First two below are as she is today the other 4 are when she was first restored a couple of years back.

I watched this on eBay, they never come up down here and I'd love one, on my list of dream bikes.

What the plan after you have carried out all the work  :?:

I'd like to see some detail shots of the frame under brace tubes - fittings and so on, as I've got a "J" motor for my Magnum as Plan-B if my A1 motor isn't up to scratch :|
