Righto Gents,

As you may or might know I live in Brisbane, Australia. Was from the NW of England and still have family and friends over there to help with P&P.

I haves Z1000R which is in very good condition, the plan is to modify her to a sort of S1 but with a twist. I do not want to alter the Original frame in any way and will keep all the original parts to turn her back to standard.
Question is what to do and the best way to do it, would love to know your idea's, options and opinions.

The one thing I want is CR carbs!

KipKawa in Manchester do a lot of replica parts. Very good quality engineering but hit and miss on service.

I got my CR carbs from Allens in UK but they source from Japan so might be worth cutting the middle man out. Webike in Japan do loads of trick bits and list CR carbs. There service is great and they ship really fast.

The works Muzzy Lawson race bikes had stock 1000J frames and only had the 'bobbin' engine spacer welded to the frame.
