From this pic you may think why bother :?: well this pic does not show up any of the things im not happy with.So here are some to give you an idea.

now do you see :?: :?: I will add before and arfter pics of other areas as i do them.

what i am happy with is the overall stilling and the upgrades that have been done.she stops and goes round corners great.relatively speaking
My plan is to strip the bike down and do a respray which will include the frame abd panels.
also some wiring mods
the engine was done 2 years ago so this will be polished and painted on the out side.
some recromeing new bushes etc and put back together. With any luck

I started a week ago and so far the bike is completely striped and the frame as gone to the blasters.
OH and to revise what i said about the engine .i got to replace the head gasket.
WELL CAN STAY AROUND CHATING GOT A BIKE TO BUILD.

glade people seam to like the bike as it is.That's why is a cosmetic rebuild.close up you would see the paint is chipped on all panels and the frame is not much better.
and the wiring as been butchered over time.the engine is also weeping oil.
so a rebuild is the best way to make it look as good close up as afar.

KEEP WACHING

I know what your thinking.WHAT GREEN :!: :!: .
This is the thought behind my choice.back in the day the bikes all had black frames. Then they would put thire painted tanks and panels on.
So why green :?: :?: well the idea is that with a green frame the bike when finished will be more visually tied together.
well thats my excuse any way.
the other is i ran out of black paint

Previously i said all that was needed on the in side of the engine was a new head gasket.I wish.As i had some one rebuild the top end and check the bottom id did not for see any problems.
well there are 6 cam cover bolts that as good as had no thread and one on the end that bolts the head to the barrels. And one of the plugs was cross threaded and jammed in two thirds of the way :x :x :x
on a good note i have now sorted this out.so a de coke and new gaskets and it should be fine :)

on with the finishing of the engine on the out side now.
