MMM,

not exactly what i set out looking for but a friend in triples club mentioned that he was thinking of selling his z650 so i thought it may be an ideal way of dipping my toe in the four stroke zed world. It's obviously not mint but is a good "user" and will be good for everyday use.I AM still actively seeking a 900 but to be honest i couldnt resist this one.

Hi Adrian,
nice looking 650. Been thinking off getting one myself for a while now, I want something to go to work on in summer so a z650 would be ideal for me.(cheap ins and zed looks etc). I'm sure you will find a 900 from someone on here fairly soon, There' quite a few off us up here so will be good to meet on one of the runs we have,
good luck.

I can see why you could'nt resist. It's a belter and when a 900 turns up you'll shift the 650 easily.Thats if you want to.I'd find it hard to part with that one

Lovely bike and all the right standard bits. Better than money in the bank and a great bike to ride as well. You may as well sell your noisy strokers now that you have gone all "environmental".

Thanks for the kind comments chaps and yes i would love to go on some rideouts this summer but must draw the line at riding on compacted ice, like some local maniacs

I don't think the triples will be pushed to one side quite yet though

Thats a good Z650 you've got there. As said, not messed about with, looks like it's never been dropped or abused. I have recently bought an F1, is that a B1? The caliper is ahead of the fork leg, so I think its earlier than B2. Anyway, hope you enjoy it. Jim

I do think they are a lovely looking bike, I'd be happy using something like that for work.
