Sorry guys for no update, I've been in the garage. Finally got the beast running about two hours ago. I think the thing that finally did it was going for a NGK 7ES plug ( 1 grade hotter) and the beast lived again, Hooray

Archie, going 1 grade hotter on the plugs will have little effect....

More likely it was duff plugs

Glad its sorted anyhow :P

Do you have a engine temp sensor like GPZs ? It broke, well actually it was a resistor in line to it that broke on my mates GPZ and acted like the choke was on as it was calling for more fuel all the time.

i don't really know what fixed it to be honest, i tried so much stuff but some of the last things i did was plugs more fuel put a new connector on the temp sender and it fired, oh and of course a new seat, you don't think???? Na.

I had to replace my Temp sensor when I fisrt got and all I did was bought a similar spec thermister from RS drill out the core of the old sensor and arraldited the thermister inside the old sensor

Thanks Paul, been blasting this weekend and she is running Swwweeeet! Hopefully I've solved the problem, plugs are now tanned instead of black and wetter than an otters' pocket.
