Thanks for comments lads. just fitted a new 190 rear tyre to rim just to make sure it clears chain! it fits perfect :D Will have to remove it agian once i have dry built bike to repaint it. Might have to take a fraction out of frame as chain is a bit close for my likeing. Next job is to get a mini rear calliper and make a hanger and weld shock mounts on swingarm its getting a bit of a money pit now  Not to sure what colour to paint it though!!!! Does any one know were i can get a frame brace kit fron as z power don't do them.

Yeh, keep them pics coming Brian, good luck with the rest of the build.
Speak to Jerry [the Prez], re frame bracing.
Re paintwork; you could always do a poll on here to see what others think.

Looking really good Brian.

I`d go for a black frame, anodised black or silver swingarm, black wheels and keep that red colour.
You already have the symetry of the gold suspension which looks fabuloso ! A matt black swinger would look trick but also a matt silver ?

Oh and a centre stand is a must :!:

Don`t listen to that Pigford boy..............he uses pattern parts

Brian,
My frame bracing kit came from Jeff at Z1 ENTERPRISES and even with shipping came in much cheaper than ones in the uk.
Mind you that was in the summer when we still had an economy and it was nearly $2 to £1.

Last year at the Feb show at donington someone was flogging them but I cannot remember their name ? Anyone else know? (All I remember is it was a Oriental lady on the stand and they were selling numerous zed parts but it was a small stand.)

You could try Z-POWER, as PMC Do them and z-power are the importers for PMC. (Japan)

Alternativley you could make some the dimensions are on the post. Someone on here managed to buy the tubing and made his own, but I cannot remember the name of the thread.

Or go to Kosman direct at:

http://www.kosman.net/page12.htm#fbk

They still have them on tehir web site $165.
