that powder coating looks great,so much better than the gaudy colours some Harris's end up with

Thanks Nick, but that's Howie's bike with the red frame. He posted the pictures to show the tensioner - I'm just about to order one for mine, but with the skateboard style roller.

Getting there, just a few more bits and pieces. Might even be on the road for summer. Good to have her back home. So much work done on the fifth rebuild in nearly 30 years. It's amazing how they take on such an organic form. She's not been in the house for about ten years, played her some music last night, likes a bit of Hendrix.

Did I read correctly that the frame is painted that colour ?? I thought it was nickle plated.

Yep, it's a powder coat. Nice and easy to maintain. I think, Ian (Is Vic There) is going the same route. Here's the company that does it: http://www.aerocoat.co.uk/
