cow horns for comfort, you wont last long with clip-ons on ,youl have back ache after 1 hr,exhaust looks fine ,id keep it the way it is and save the money, funny thing is them titainium exhausts would of been classed as a cut and shut job yrs ago the way they use all the small sections in stead of bending the tubes full lenght

,but now it seems all the fashion to show the welds in titainium ,

I think the clip ons will stay for now. I have fitted some Pirelli super corsa tyres to the rims yesterday. Today I am fitting the yamy swingarm back in as the handling is a lot sharper than it is with the benelli swingarm.

Yamy arm is back in and some super corsa tires. Just got to fit joining link to the chain. I have got some bent gixer forks on the way to get the preload adjusters off them then I am going to machine the tops of my fork extensions to take the peloaders and extend the fork internals. I am also going to have a go at making a new exhaust, I have got some 60mm pipe and 45deg bends. As soon as Dave from exhaust craft has made me a new collector box I will be able to crack on with it.

Brian, I'd be intersted to know more about your fork extensions. I need a pair for some 07 GSXR 600 forks. I also have a spare set of adjusters coming from America.

The bloke that made these is no longer in business.

Hi Steve what I am doing is machining the ones I all ready have fitted to the bike. At the moment the adjusters are fitted in the bottom I am going to fit them in the top.

Come to a bit off a stand still at the mo. Seemed to spend yesterday afternoon and this afternoon just looking at the frame trying to work out the best way to make a mounting point for the link pipe hanger. I think I have come up with a plan then couldn't find any bloody metal to make it!!!!!!! So it looks like I will have to wait till next weekend to do it now.
