you may have a lot of probs with the upside down buser arm because of the offset for the chain. you will have a much easier life if you use the swinger out of a suzuki TL1000R. They have the brace on the bottom already. trust me i have tried. the buser wheel will still fit.

stale;
Its a dark history that one, the Vikings eating mushrooms and running around :twisted:

big green bus;
Thanks, Ive been thinking on that, do you have any idea how much offside we are talking about? Its not more than 5/8?
But the brace will come to close the chain?

Maybe I should try to get my hands on a TL1000R swing, its no point for me trying on something that others have tried (you) if its not gone fit.
That is the whole point with this forum :D

If you see on the picture on the paint gun there is on there, I also have one on the compressor. It have to be mounted straight up, otherwise it does not function like it should.

I do have a water trap (at the compressor). The media remains bone dry but I find that where rust flakes etc mix into it (during the course of a session) it tends to get lodged in the scavenge pipe. It probably doesn't help that I'm using cast iron blasting media - it's quite heavy and the link to the gun is about two foot. Anyhow - I got everything working ok with a gravity fed system. I paid about ?65 for it on Ebay so it was well worth it once I modded.

Dark Skies;

Aahh, OK, I understand.
No problems with that, but I am using light weight brown sand, so maybe that's the reason?
It s really handy to sandblast the parts, I feel helpless without, cant imagine how I could manage without before. :lol:

I just have to show you this, they where out of stock for 10 of the valve stem seals I ordered, so they came today, in a BIG box.
They really do the job seriously on Z1 Enterprises.

Image
When you know the size of a valve steam sealing, then you know this box is big :D

And by the way, after what big green bus wrote Ive just ordered a TL1000R swing from cheshiremotorcyclesalvage, 30 pund, in good A1 condition...Any of you know this store?

I will try to sell the Hayabusa swing.

Nice bike ninjabob :D

Yes, I could find some Kawa shocks, think I have to check around.

Big John:

Thats a good choice I think, since I got the wheels for Hayabusa I think I am locked to Suzuki... without to much hassle.
Do you have any pictures?
