Yes i'm well chuffed with the outcome, though it does weigh a bloody ton
Just got to get it registered now... which means I can't ride it to an MOT station as it's got no reg.! :(
Don't know how long it will take the DVLA to sort out... not long I hope.

Will,

You can take it to the MOT station and have it MOT'd on the frame number. It will make it easier when you apply for an age related plate if you can show it has been passed as road safe by an MOT station. You can also get insurance for the bike on the frame number.

Update/progress

#40 PostAuthor: Big Fluff » Fri Feb 15, 2008 4:10 am

Well after damaging the single seat tank cover whilst coming back from Donington, I have now fitted the dual seat set-up, along with the original S+S exhaust as it's MOT time in a few hours. Just got to mount the pillion pegs before I take it.
My mate's done a really decent job of the seat I reckon, turning it from a giant sausage into something of beauty (only the best Bentley leather here).
Also, not in photo, have just fitted slightly shorter shocks and pushed the forks through half inch.
