Thanks Jay but I cannot take the credit, coldsummer created the master piece
Anyway not done anything for ages, I went to buy tyres for the lovely powder coated Z1000 wheels and I thought I would ask what is the max rear wheel / tyre you can run - 180 was the reply, bugger said I the rear wheel is too big😪
So off to eBay purchased a ZXR rear wheel, thanks for the advice Rob (Z1015)
Here's a little picture, just need to get the right size spindle / spacers sorted now....

Jay, this was a real labour of love for me, I invested way too much time and money into the project. It was intended to be the Zed I'd always wanted in my mind but circumstances took over. PJ was good enough to take over the mantle and from here on in it's his baby to do as he likes, I'm just happy that it now stands the chance of seeing the light of day.
I'm glad you like the paint, even if it pains you to know it was my idea. If we only share one thing in common, it's a love of the big old Zed.
Thanks again Paul for taking it on, can't wait to see it on the road.
(FYI - Paint was done by Ace of sprays in Bristol)
Simon (coldsummer), it doesn't pain me to know the paint scheme was your idea...
