Piggy - you've got the mix wrong :!: You need three alternator covers, you're OK with the three ignition covers but you will certainly need two inner covers as well.
Only one clutch cover as the blood from your leg can be washed off easily and doesn't scratch the surface, but you will need to watch out for the brake lever digging in. The same applies to to the sprocket cover.
You will need to carry a spare ignitor / points plate, advance / retard unit and bolt, but I totally agree with you on crash bars they look F***** Awful.

Buzzard, spot on observation with the 'mix & match' combination :!:
The frame was a Z900LTD when I first bought it, (first photos) but I've since swapped with Iain Marshall and now have his '77 Z1000A1 frame  which matches the '77 1000 motor
I agree with you a well polished bit of ally beats chrome every time

I cant believe the moderators are allowing you guys to carry on with this bad language out of the back yard - especially you paul being an area rep, try explaining to a 10 yr old what a t--t is, take it to the back yard - come on moderators.

I agree with this as well.

It has been said before and for a while it got better.

Now it seems that every other thread is full of pointless, childish insults and unecessary slagging off of each other, it should be kept to the back yard where it belongs.

Furthermore if the few who carry on with this are unable to understand this then they should be banned from the forum.

Yes, rudeness is unnecessary, but no way will I totally refrain from having a laugh coz I've got a sense of humour :!:
These too much "thought police" activity in this country as it is
Most people have the ability to ignore/avoid/not read the odd bits of waffle, without getting to wound up.
So, lets keep this real and have a joke, but point taken about the cussing
Anyway, those who just hijacked my thread, please get back on topic :!:
I've fitted me new taper headraces, this took an hour coz I didn't want to damage them. I tapped 'em in gently start to locate them both. I then got a lenth of 16mm threaded rod & a couple of nut. I used the old ball race cups as guide/drifts & placed them over the new bearing seats & slowly tightened it up. You gotta keep an eye on it to make sure they go in square tho :!: Job done
Also fitted the swing arm back in and cobbled some old shox on to hold the s/arm in place so it didn't SWING & hit the frame :??
