after abit of faffing around to convert the rear wheel from a 17mm to a 20mm spindle its now back on its wheels :D

was time then to fit the motor, dropped the sump as it needed a new gasket and it looks like new inside then started swapping the outer cases, fitted the oil cooler & turbo, throttle bodies and plenum. got a wider set of bars from stafford show, original radnall's, and made a bracket up for the boost gauge....

found some tube at the local scrapyard and with my welder mate coming over for the evening we set about making the exhaust, luckily i had already got an original flange and turnout for the turbo so the rest of the tubing was quite straight forward.....it will be painted in vht when the bike is up and running again so it can get baked on properly....

Second that :up Coming together nicely JB

Slightly off topic - is that a Warco lathe you've got there? Keep toying with the idea of buying a small lathe so any feedback appreciated.

yes mate, it is a warco machine......i'd highly recommend one, we had a chester combi lathe/milling machine before (same as the type that clark sell) and the warco feels so much more precise with better slides, its a much nicer machine to use....
