As I can no longer go to York rally  I still took the day off work and decided to take the RedZed out for a short pre-MOT ride

What a joy. Only did about 10 miles round the country lanes this morning, but all seems well :P

Bike started easily and all controls seem as they should be

The Kerker appeared to be fairly quiet (compared to the V&H on me other Zed) but it does get progressively louder as revs/throttle increase

Brakes were improving by end of the short blast :??

Only trouble is the soonest I can get a Saturday MOT is 14th

Had to give bike a quick wash off when I got back, but I am well chuffed
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Started, went round corners and STOPPED at the end! Ah the wonders of modern motorbikes.............Can't you get the mot done somewhere else?

Rich, I like to stick to the same chap....
He's well into bikes.... his workshop is full of trophy's he's won over the years trials riding....
He's in his 60's (nearly as old as Paully  ) but still competes all over the place, and does quite well.
His brother is secretary for the DVMCC (Dorset Vintage MCC) and he tests all the really old 'cycles :)
He also does me bikes for a good discounted rate

That's great news pigford, hope you got what you wanted for it, the decals on the tank made all the difference to the looks of the bike.

What's next on the list - apart from bonny??
