As for building a bike from bits alone, from my own experience I'd say it's better to start with a complete bike and sort thingz out from there.
Also using a later J or Gpz model may help from a parts sourcing aspect :?:
Don't have any Z900/1000 bitz to donate, but I'm sure Piggy the Ponce will find a few thingz under his ironing board/work bench to make up for me
I'd also like to donate Pasc's Z1B,but on a non-return basis

Piggy the Ponce?

StephenW wrote:I cannot see to many donations, towards this idea.
I offer a set off z900 crank cases and a set of barrels with pistons.
Also a cylinder head, a set of new Dunlop tyres.
ANY MORE WANT TO ADD TO THE LIST.

We could have the bike assembled at Stafford, and sold on Sunday afternoon.

We could also have an internet vote, for which charity we choose.
So allowing all members world wide, to have an imput.

I will contact Jerry and see what his views are.

Nothing to donate, need parts for my bike...

Who's gonna build it and where?...

Kerippps, I thought it was some new type of gysmo used to hold the front wheel onto the tarmac.
It could almost put you off beer! well for a few seconds anyway.
