Fantastic progress , bet you are finding a lot of satisfaction in getting it back together.
Like others I am now suffering from a severe case of garage envy!!!

Thanks for the comments lads, it's very satisfying seeing my bike coming back together at last. Its giving me the chance to sort lots of little jobs out while I'm at it.
I must admit last photo's were taken after finishing for the night, hence tools all tidy (5 mins before they were strewn all over the place).
Garage is my sanctuary but spoilt by having the cars in it  , will add to the bike tally as soon as this one is sorted and 'er indoors' cools down over recent expenditure!

I almost entered my garage in the untidiest garage comp run earlier this year when 3 leaves blew under the door!!!
Getting a new shed soon so all the garden stuff and kids bikes etc will be banished from the garage leaving more room for future projects :D

John
I am really impressed with the work you have done, I might even take my '72 Z1 frame to Seastar to get it straightened.
I could not view the photos of the frame in jig, can you email them to me?

I will PM my email

keep up the good work

Simon
Don't ask me, I just got here myself!

Got it all finished!!! And even if I do say so myself it looks the 'mutts danglies'. Last photo's below, bike is all tucked up now waiting for spring (councils around here are going daft spreading salt on the roads).

cheers

JR
Oh forgot to say that clocks will be going off to Chris Rivett after Chrimbo for refurb.

You need to get the washing machine back into the kitchen, if it leaks you'll get dirty water all over your nice clean garage :x
I have noticed some non-original parts and am willing to swap the cam plugs for some nasty rubber ones
