Ed using the rear hub as they sometimes ran an alloy on the front and a wide spoked wheel on the rear plus the guy i bought the Morris alloys of seems to have had a problem reading a measuring tape,lets just say the rear wheel is not 3.5 :evil:

,there is a couple of your bits going on the bike Ed :wink:

Thanks for the offer Davy,been doing a bit of practice on the welding front.Phil it was nice of you to let me have the oil cooler,even though you didnt know anything about it at the time :roll:

Davy dont worry about Paulys kind words,the more he says the more he'll have to eat :wink:

.Anyway all the luggs and extra brackets have been removed from the frame,the rear foot rest brackets have found a new home on someone elses frame.Spent a few hours the last few days cutting up a new H**** frame to make strengthening brackets for the Zed frame,pics next week

As usual the time flies in,been busy the last week but the frames done.Next problem is the wheels,do i go for this set up alloy front and wire rear

What plans have you got to drive the alternator - belt from crank - gearbox sprocket?

Will you be keeping that Monoshock arrangement

Alternator,whats that for?there might be some sort of self generating system getting used :wink:

can you get an alternator small enough to go in instead of the starter motor? Cut the cover down - toothed belt drive and use a kickstart. If I could get a kickstart on the Harris that's what I'd go for.
