After days of prep of the engine (bloody horrible job) i've finally got round to painting the engine.
I drilled some holes in the wooden beams in my garage roof to run some nylon line though to hang the engine from.
Masked up all the parts that i didn't want painted and with great trepidtion i hoisted the engine to the air.
After four cans of PJ1 satin black :!: i think she's come out quite good.

Guy It is looking good and will be superb once finished. Have you chosen to go to a wider rim on the back wheel. If so what tyre choice have you opted for.

Great job there Guyzed :up The black engine will be a good contrast against the Candy Orange paintwork and chrome.

The front and rear rims are both Akront...the front is 2.15 by "18" and the rear is 3.5 by "18".
Not sure what tyres to go for as of yet...any ideas people :?: as i had Metzeler's on there before.

A 3.5" rim will take a 130/70 or 140/80.

BTW guys I am reliably informed that this bike will be more bling than his Thou`
