So this weeks chores ..
Made a start stripping the calipers for a full rebuild, gonna fit new Pistons and seal kit, nipples etc
Mounting bkts have been blasted, Aqua blasted , etch primed and painted, popped back onto forks for safe keeping.
Also been ordering three new brake discs, new chain and sprocket set....an expensive start to the week
Just the one pic
Cheers, Paul

Keep an eye on EBay US, a few company's sell on there, I found one that had a good discount sale on based in California , then found their website, Googled them and read good reviews, bought via their online shop not EBay , ordered from them Wednesday, delivered today, tracked via FedEx all the way, no problems.

This is who I used, there may be cheaper, there are certainly dearer, but the service and delivery were excellent.

Very nice Paul. Good to see the sprocket carrfier is black.Have you bought your sprocket set yet? There's the correct 41T one in Germany in black and very cheap. Search for GPZ1100 on ebay.de
I also sprayed my sprocket (which was new and carrier on the weekend, along with lots of brackets, both stands, swing arm and the chain tensioners, footresrt hangers.... .. .. ... I am also spraying the shocks so painted the springs black too. They were in really good nick with the original stickers but some chips here and there. I spent all Friday cleaning the wheels and after a day of kiddy care I'm taking them to have the tyres removed tomorrow so will spray them and the shocks at the same time.
Just got a lot of parts today from CMSL - mostly wheel and drive side seals and a few badges. I haven't used them before but they had good prices for proper kawasaki parts. And I got a free key ring ;)
good stuff Paul, I like the kerker - might get one of those myself.
