Who did the ally welding on you swingarm - bloody nice job that, I need some doing soon!
Welding was done by www.hintonpalmer.co.uk Who occupy most of the building that Griffs unit is in. It was done more as a favour than anything else.
Bowden auto engineering welded up the last one I did, cost me £40 & was done in a day or so. Here it is;

How do you check your front to rear wheel alinement after you have done mods like this ?
Do you use long (2.5mtr) straight box section ? or get the bike put on a jig ,and adjust if needed ?
i just thought with extreme heat, maybe metal could distort/move slightly ? or do they clamp everything up before welding ?

Only got boring stuff to report currently,
but it all needs dealing with.
I had hoped to get all the bodywork to Hutcy at Stafford, but couldn't get the inside of the tank clean enough, using the Bio-rust I had left on the shelf, so tonight I've filled it with keithZ1R's tried & tested potion.
Cost me less than £8 for all of it & I've still got three bottles of cola left.
I'll leave it in for a week or so, then show you the results.
