If that is a 1000 tank they are hard to come by. I would offer it for sale and get a PMC paint set

What I have read is that Z1 tanks had no seam at the back,and Z1000 tanks had one.Tank on mine [bought off a friend who converted his 1000 to Rickman chassis] is from a Z1000 with seam. Remembering the Rickman conversion jogged the old grey matter to where it came from.Result. :)

The Z1000 tank is a litre bigger than the 900 by being narrower between the front mount points.

If it's good and straight it's worth 25% more than a 900 tank.
Having said that try finding a good Thou' tank.
