Thanks for all the comments,
As usual with all my stuff progress is slow as money and time are two things I dont have enough of.
However (following forum advice) I have sourced a white power shock from a laverda SF750. (£100) Ouch!! But its the right size length etc and bolts straight in. And as its not a rising rate type shock should be a good fit, although I might need the spring weight adjusting for a man of my stature. This was one of the reasons for going for a WP not the paiola (or however its spelt) which is also available for the laverda.
The Piranha will go in the box with the other two I have for zeds and I will source a dyna from Z-enterprises. £65 quid plus p&p as opposed to £120 from the uk.
I could also do with a loom for it and have noticed that the cam cover has a slit crack in it near the upper roller tunnel, which is very strange as I have never seen one of the covers crackred before.
The next job is to drop out the engine, Measure up the bolts and get some stainless jobbies made up.
More pics when I have something interesting to show.
