After a summer of 'distractions', I'm back on with this.
Last weekend I thoroughly cleaned all threads & oilways in my head & after gently warming in the oven, used the last of my 'old stock' PJ1 to paint it.
I have rebuilt it & shimmed it up on the bench.
Couple of pic's before it's bolted on, which is on the cards for today. Then, I can re-fit me exhaust.

Can I presume from the bronze guides that you're using stainless valves?
