After a summer of 'distractions', I'm back on with this. :D

Last weekend I thoroughly cleaned all threads & oilways in my head & after gently warming in the oven, used the last of my 'old stock' PJ1 to paint it.

I have rebuilt it & shimmed it up on the bench.

Couple of pic's before it's bolted on, which is on the cards for today. Then, I can re-fit me exhaust. :aha

Things are now slowly taking shape. Head & exhaust fitted, along with the oil cooler & rearsets. Just waiting on a new degree wheel, then it'll be time to fit the cams. :D
