Cheers chaps....I'll probably swap the paint sets over during the winter and run it in the red / orange scheme as originally intended. The photo shoot for the magazine happened at very short notice...with the green paint set arriving Tuesday evening and the shoot first thing Wednesday morning I didn't have time to swap both over. Si from Flying Tiger Paintwork has done another fantastic job with the green paint set....lots of 70's metal flake under the original diamond dark green candy...it looks amazing when the sun hits it!
If it's too loud....too bad.

The nervous smile gives the game away....I'm just setting off for the first ride since the rebuild....to the MOT centre. Fortunately she passed :). With her being a ground up rebuild I was listening for every little noise...I was also a bit concerned, seeing as she has the stretched wheelbase, as to whether she'd make it round the first roundabout I encountered !!.

Maybe need a "Long Vehicle" plate and a flashing orange light??

Possibly an "Abnormal Load" escort vehicle too.

Decided it was time to swap the paintsets today. Custom scheme now back where it belongs...on the project bike...my 900-A4 now in the green.

Following my little mishap with the chain jumping a couple of teeth and consequently taking a big chunk out of the transmission cover the other weekend, she is now re-built and back on the road....Cheers Steve (Ginger Bear) for the transmission cover it cleaned up a treat... :D I owe you a beer or two.

I've fitted a tensioner so hopefully it won't happen again. Thanks to the guys for the help and advice with regards to this in my piece I put in the `wanted` part of the forum. I've had to opt for a swing arm mounted version as I hadn't got any lugs or fixings on the frame to mount a tensioner off. The one seen here had to have a fair bit of modification in order to fit my swing arm, but seems to be working well.
