Top marks there lad  GORGEOUS MACHINE

Turned out real nice - very understated - makes you look "long & hard" at all the details :drool
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Thanks so much guys for your kind comments.
Really appreciated and makes me feel very proud :)
Anyway: got the bike back from Mr Farnham and what a thoroughly nice fella he is........oh, and a pretty nifty tuner too;)

Here's the Dyno readout:

Image

It's now got a nice smooth line.
Bob said the restricting factor is mainly the exhaust which has quite narrow baffles but I got fed up with the V&H pipe as it was just too loud. The Marving has a nice fruity, but not-too-loud note.
Still, he managed to extract 105bhp with the a nice useful 66ft/lbs right from lowdown but reckons there's plenty more potential depending on how wide the baffles go and a bit of tweaking with the bellmouths into the airbox.

However, all things considered, I think I'm going to draw the line there and get on and enjoy the bike for a bit - see how I get on. Should be good fun with plenty of accessible power.

Thanks again for you help & comments :D

Your bike sure is a thing of beauty Ian :D

Yes - I was wondering how loud it was.
Must be a bit cheeky w/o the baffles, but hey, when it looks so good...........

I did think about taking the baffles out but wouldn't ever get to the end of the drive before the neighbours killed me!

Hope to hear more about your bike on your thread,
Cheers,
Hilton.
