Many thanks to Simon at Flying Tiger for such a superb job. Hopefully off to Bristol on Friday to get the frame etc back from Griffs.

That is looking brilliant, love the old endurance bikes. Could you pm me your friend in Germany details as I'm doing a similar project. Can you let me know what sort of cost the fairing and seat units are if possible please ?? :D
I'd rather be riding my Z1 thinking about God than sitting in a church thinking about my Z1..

Love the paint job. Although my preference these days is standard bikes... I could get tempted by a Godier Genoud replica.

Coming on nicely, I've got a bit of a liking for 70s/ 80s Endurance racers. Will be nice to see it finished. Heres my one, built nearly eight years ago.

Ollie, the frame and forks were made by Tony Foale in the late 70s

Perhaps we could have an 'endurance' section on a future club stand :?

I think it would be a great idea, One Standard z1 on a plinth then surrounded by Endurance bikes / race bike replica's

It would make a nice change from the standard theme that has been a big part of the celebrations of the z1 this year.

(Maybe we should create a discussion subject rather than hi'jack this thread!)
