The engine numbver and frame number are 1 either side of the 2200

The engine is 2201 as mentioned in Dave Marsdens book so it seems it could be the best of both worlds

Up to engine number Z1E-01000, vacuum take offs were a press fit into the head held in with a chemical bond product (which were all replaced with screw thread fittings by dealers). Engines Z1E-01000 to Z1E-02173, the threaded fitting was installed during production. From Z1E-02174 onwards the vacuum take off was in the rubber carb holder.
Got some service bulletins regarding this if you are interested.
