Have to say a big thanks to Maine for getting me into Brick cleaner it is awsome stuff!! :D Love it love it love it,though one of the more tedious jobs is cleaning umpteen nuts and washers but it will be worth it in the end :D

A lot of the Alloy was pitted but good old scothbrite and Autosol came to the rescue and I,m sure my elbow will get better eventually.

Only problem i have at the moment is with the shocks,I have stripped them down but the rod is pitted and i cant strip the damper unit any further,would have liked to restore them but may have to replace them,unless any body has a solution? :roll:

Well thats about it for now,off to make a cup of tea and fettle some more!

Not sure what happened to the shock picture but here it is,can the dampers be stripped,replaced or are they bin fodder?

Hello Guys,well its been a long time since reporting on the Kh250 restoration (apologies for that) but since the meltdown all the previous information has been lost from the site and i have,nt had time to repost it all.......however all is not lost if anyones interested i am happy to put a revised version of the resto on? just let me know.

Anyway i am pleased to report that she is alive and kicking and 99% complete with just a couple of minor bits to fit. here are some pictures and a short video to prove it :D
