Must admit, i'd forgotten about this, but a quick look back and it still looks stunning. A quality job.

I've just got a companion for the Zed.

It smells and lacks grunt...but its a nice pairing I think.

Could do with some space

#140 PostAuthor: Whatever » Sat Mar 06, 2010 2:48 pm

While I am back on here......I could do with some space in the garage so will consider selling this mint and original A5 for a decent offer (you can't replicate originality!).
12,000 miles and LOVELY.
It is wearing new pipes and front fender but I have the originals, which will be supplied with the bike, and they are still superb (dunno why the previous owner changed them to be honest)

I find the A4 paint dull looking so I put it in the attic and did a spare paintset in my favourite Z1A colours and with my favourite Z1B badges as shown in the second pic.

This pic gives an idea of how sharp that A5 is by the way....

original unfaded redline!!......Not one of those sticky vinyl ones that that shark was selling for a year on ebay
(I've got bored of sending those out now!)

And thanks for the welcome back Phil .

:D

I enjoyed this forum when I was building the Z1A and then kinda got sidetracked elsewhere.

Allspeeds

#149 PostAuthor: Whatever » Sun Mar 07, 2010 5:57 pm

Thanks for the comments.
The pipes on the h1 are gibsons as opposed to allspeeds. It has some nice mods......wider alloy rims with stainless spokes, twin 4 pot front brakes, dresda box section swing arm, K&n's etc. It could really do with setting up a bit better Though so I need to find a triples expert with a rolling road and a box full of jets. Probably ought to be on another forum with the question.... but maybe someone here knows the right guy for the job in the south east??
Cheers
