Great looking exhaust. Ive had a crack at stainless pipes myself with ok results, but yours are top notch. How about doing a thread on the way you make them?? Im sure it would make good reading?

Looks good, are you using standard collars or are you supplying ones with the pipe, next question how much ? I can get a new harris pipe for £355 delivered to my door and a v&h for a bit less can you match that or get close to it.

Hi mick z1a,thanks for the praise.you are correct we make them for the Z1000,GPZ1100 and Z900,I made a jig using an old Z1000 A1 frame and a full empty engine,I have a A1 in bits which is going to be yet another special, only got the frame blasted and powdercoated at the moment,it is handy when you do blasting and powder coating in house,I am having a set of 2.5" tooling made at the moment,so i can mandrel bend a different style of silencer,it will look similar to the old Piper silencer.picture of Kawasaki jig, picture of brian450's very nice bike.
Cheers guys Dave.

Mick z1a who was asking about the quality i was asking for a price comparison
against current pipes available for a GS, and as for knowing about quality i work with stainless, duplex and super duplex pipe work for offshore equipment worth millions per unit.

A polished stainless Piper look alike would be on my wish list!! How would that compare for power I wonder, I currently have a V and H partly cos I like the looks but also cos its supposed to be the one that gives most BHP!
I am not to impressed thought with the standard of the chroming and I am not sure it will last that long.

Hi The current exhaust gives the same bhp as a V and H system, this has been checked on a dyno,if you look on my website, the bike pictured was the dyno test bike.i would imagine we might get one or two more bhp with the Piper style silencer,as we are coming off the collector @ 2.5" instead of 2".the tooling is going to be ready in two weeks,as soon as i can i will get into making the prototype silencer, will post pics of the development.
Cheers Dave
