Just a wee pic of the 1100R out on Sunday morning , didn't go far, maybe 10 miles but good just to be out.

I agree with all of the above comments
There are no decent chippies in Whitehaven anymore, only decent one sold up a few months back.

proper yorkshireman me , no curries no kebabs , roast beef yorkshire puds , fish and chips , but i do eat alot of fresh fruit and veg , back in training got a black belt in karate years ago , doing alot of boxing etc back to a 32 inch waist , not got the six pack back !!!! but i am mid 50's cheers marlin

Oil level sight glass looks a bit white , think you need to thrash it a bit more !
