So what is the idea with this one - returning back to standard?

Sort of, parts gathering at moment, I'm just an oily rag resto' person.
Going to build some spoke wheels at some point, got hubs now, courtesy of P.D, and someone else can't remember who...
Just gonna sort it for m.o.t and hopefully use it, had it more than 10 years now, don't think i've done 100 miles.
And stick this back on.....
