proper yorkshireman me , no curries no kebabs , roast beef yorkshire puds , fish and chips , but i do eat alot of fresh fruit and veg , back in training got a black belt in karate years ago , doing alot of boxing etc back to a 32 inch waist , not got the six pack back !!!! but i am mid 50's cheers marlin
