classic mechanics show
anybody going to stafford on saturay 18th wanna meet up?

BunnysZ, Chrisu and I went up on the Saturday. Nice to see Ralph, Grumpus, Hobbo, Fer and Jerry as well as some others.
They must make a serious amount of money at £9 entry as it was packed out !
Z Power had some lovely bikes on their stand.
And the MFP. (Who wouldn`t want this in their garage for the laugh ?
There were a couple of "tidy" Z1`s for sale in another hall. £15k and £12k anyone ?
I particularly liked the H2`s that abounded.
And of course the Kettles`
A good day with plenty of money spent. Message to Inner Circle - at the Regalia section.
It was a pleasure to be gently fleeced by Fer`s wife.
And Fer`s bike looks better in the flesh than the pictures that were here.
No joke but the engineering in the side rear number boards was quite amazing. Hours of work I`m sure. Well done matey and yours was the only bike there with "Midges" still attached.

I never got to Stafford this year, which is a shame, as I like to meet up with you guys, but I did get to see the two Z1's that were restored by Dave Marsden, as I have just helped an aquaintance of mine unload them, as he bought the pair
they are now sat in a carpeted room, along with a Triton, A rigid Trophy, and a few other restored 70's Jap bikes, I understand he also bought a couple of the restored H1's or H2's at the show as well... what a shame they will never be ridden.

Thanks Padders
Sorry I missed you at the show on Saturday, at least you met Paul, thanks for bringing the mirror and the rest, (I sit owe you for the mirror, let me and I will forward it on) What a show I got lost both Saturday and Sunday just going around the stalls looking for the bargains.
