Just a heads up for anyone out and about in the Cheshire, Derbys, Staffs areas on Sunday week.

The three forces a having a "safety" day targetting bikers and kit car owners.

There will be cars & bikes both marked and unmarked and also the force planes out in force.

I believe they are looking at the favourite A roads in particular

A49, A41, A54 & A534 in Cheshire

A6, A54 & A515 in Derbyshire

A34 & A523 in Staffs

They are looking at speed enforcement mainly but will no doubt be looking at small number plates, loud cans and lack of tax discs.

Be careful out there you have been warned.

They only hassle the twats and tourists usually, as long as your not acting stupid they usually leave you alone. We had three killed in one weekend last year around here so it must be a bit of a downer when you have to go and tell the misses / mum etc
