Taking the Z1A to the cavalcade, number 222.

Lived within 10 miles of the Thundersprint all these years and never went to it. Now Ive moved 100 miles away, so now I am going to it!

I'll be there, only three miles away for me. Whether the Zed goes or not is a different matter, sometimes think it's hardly worth it for such a short journey

Saturday is much quieter than Sunday. If it's the usual format, park opposite the nick by the Memorial Hall and Magistrates Court. They have a static display of bikes there all day with stands and stalls on the big car park at the back. I'll be there around lunchtime and I'll take the zed just to please Coxy :D :D p.s. If you havn't been to Northwich recently it's got a lovely new one way system to confuse you

You know it doesn't take much to confuse me, Dave!!!

I was thinking of getting there about lunchtime myself.

Are you still up on your offer of a ride out before the classic show on Saturday ?

It really sounds like you need to get the bike out, the Z1B was only MOT'd in March and already has over 1000 miles on it since rebuild.

Slight problem with oil consumption though, it seems the valve stem seals i bought are absolute pants, leave her for an hour or so and she smokes for a minute or so on start up. I'm doing a litre of oil every 250 miles, but hey, it's taken me 16 years to finish her, and there's no way im going to take her apart any time soon !
At least the exhausts won't rot !!!

I was gonna give you a bell and hopefully join you but yesterday had a break in at our house.
Busy patching windows and tidying up the chaos they left behind...LITTLE SCUMBAG BASTARDS

Hi Will

I'm sorry to hear that mate. I hope you can get your lovely house back to normal soon, and without too much expense.

Did they get as far as the garage?

Regards

Jim

Fortunately not Jim, the scrotes wouldn't have the intelligence to know what bikes are about.
