Haven't been to this for a few years as most modern bikes don't float my boat anymore, but Jerry and I were Kawasaki's guests to have a chat about next year. The good news is that Kawasaki take the anniversary seriously, but I can't say any more about what is being planned.
Was surprised to see this on the stand - it was getting a LOT of interest. It's a low number bike (engine number 400-odd) and was rebuilt by a Kawasaki employee some years back. Jerry says he's still a member.
40 years progress
Yamaha had a whole stand dedicated to historic racing machinery
There were one or two well known faces in evidence. Note Shakey Byrne wearing a Kawasaki shirt for next year.

Was there yesterday. I saw that Kawasaki have bought out the Z1 as their latest model, jaffa colour only. Without being over critical i think the brown was quite a few shades too light compared to many of the jaffa owners on this site and the gallery. just my opinion
As for the girls, they need to eat a few more pies, It's unhealthy looking like that.

Were you thinking about "eating pie" whilst looking at them
That Jaffa definately looks very light, I thought the paint was darker (or redder) on the early bikes ?
