V.J.M.C RALLY AND A.G.M

To any one who is a V.J.M.C member and has had a letter saying the Rally and A.G.M has been cancelled well the A.G.M has by the powers that be!! but the Rally at the Kettering Rugby Club 2nd to 4th of Sept is still very much on all V.J.M.C members welcome,
there will be a informal meeting at 3p.m on Saturday on how the club is run at present and what members wont out of the club? this is a meeting you dont wont to miss er like the shit hitting the fan type?

Sorry cant say to much but this might be the turning point for the club who loads of it's members have said the club has lost it way!! a bit like our club did years back in the Sam years god that makes me feel old if i can remember him.

This is news to me Graham, been closely involved with the VJMC and have not heard anything of these rumors, I too got the letter saying the AGM and raley was cancelled but recived conflicting info from Doug Perkins and Andy Bolas saying the Raley, entertaiment, ride out etc was still on for the weekend but nothing of this secret meeting, you should realy spill the beans if you have some info coz Ive spoken to a few section leaders and they also have no idea about this rumor.

Got a letter today from the VJMC saying the rally and agm was cacnceled with the agm moved to october.....

sorry got it straght from Doug to day the powers that be have spat the dumie out and have tryed to cancelld the hole weekend insted of just the A.G.M all of which will be talked about on Saturdays meeting the long and short of it is a lot of members are feed up of how the club is run and who has all the power, dont forget it's our money that is beeing played with, are you happy not knowing if so dont turn up and play dead, i am just saying the rally at Ketering isnt cancelled and 7 of the club officers will be there will you to air you and there views?

Yes I'm going to be there as I am every year. Do you know why they have canceled the AGM because I can't get to the bottom of it, I too spoke to Doug today but he never said anything but you could tell somthing was bugging him, I would be greatful for any info. You are right things have not been right for a long time, there are some bad attitudes there.
