We will be meeting at the Mitre Oak at 10.30 on the A449 worcester road near to Hartlebury,

This is the location of the Lower Lode pub where the meet is.as Pj says in above post we are meeting up at 10:30 at the Mitre Oak should be at the Lode for 12 ish....Cheers Paul J
